The easiest place is the McDonald's app. Open it, tap your profile, and go to Recent Orders — every mobile and app-linked order shows the full itemized breakdown. For drive-thru or counter orders without the app, your bank or credit card statement will show the total, and you can fill in the individual items from memory or a photo of the original receipt. McDonald's customer support at 1-800-244-6227 can sometimes assist with order lookup for recent transactions.
