To get a Stripe receipt, open the link in the seller's email. A normal Stripe charge receipt opens in a browser. It does not have a direct Stripe download button.

Why a Stripe Receipt Email May Be Missing
A receipt may be missing for a few reasons. The seller may not have your email. Email alerts may be off, the address may be wrong, or the payment may not be done. Test payments also use special rules.
For delayed payment methods, invoice email can arrive only after Stripe confirms the payment. That may take longer than the checkout page.
