The only major difference between plans is the number of receipts you can generate per month — 10 for Starter, 30 for Professional, and Unlimited for the Unlimited plan. All plans include access to all 200+ templates, PDF download, custom logo & branding, and multi-currency support. Professional and Unlimited plans also include watermark-free PDFs and longer receipt history.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Receipts on the Starter plan will include a small BuildReceipts.com watermark. Upgrading to the Professional or Unlimited plan removes the watermark completely, giving you clean, professional PDFs.
Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, access to receipt history and premium features will end. We recommend downloading all important receipts before cancelling.
The Unlimited plan allows you to generate as many receipts as you need each month, subject to our fair-use Terms & Conditions. This plan is designed for high-volume businesses and agencies. Automated or bulk generation beyond reasonable business use may be reviewed.
Yes — we offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
